Welcome to Tees Valley Rural Community Council (TVRCC)
TVRCC is one of 37 Rural Community Councils operating in England which provide support to rural communities. This network of RCCs is represented by an independent national organisation ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England). Our area of operation is throughout the Tees Valley and comprises the boroughs of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees.
